Sign-in messages

TS-Check sends you messages only so that you can sign in to the TS-Check app. We never send marketing.

What you receive

One SMS with a 6-digit code for your sign-in. The name of your company comes before the colon; here the example is “Muster GmbH”:

Muster GmbH: Your TS-Check code is 482915. The code is valid for 10 minutes. Never share this code.

Enter the code on the TS-Check sign-in page. It is valid for 10 minutes.

When you receive a message

Your employer or client has stored your phone number for signing in to TS-Check. An SMS is sent only when you request it yourself: you enter your phone number on the TS-Check sign-in page and tap “Send code”. A notice below the button says that this requests a one-time SMS with a 6-digit sign-in code to this number; it links our privacy notice.

How often

One SMS per request, at most three SMS per hour and phone number.

Stopping messages

You cannot reply to the SMS. If you want no more SMS, stop requesting codes. The TS-Check administration of your company can remove your phone number; you can also write to it@ts-learning.com.

Help

Write to it@ts-learning.com or contact the TS-Check administration of your company. A reply to the SMS is not possible.

Costs

Your mobile provider may charge for messages and data.
