Sign-in messages
TS-Check sends you messages only so that you can sign in to the TS-Check app. We never send marketing.
What you receive
One message with a sign-in link that works only once. It arrives as an RCS message or, if your phone does not support RCS, as an SMS.
Never share this link.
When you receive a message
Your employer has stored your phone number for signing in to TS-Check. A message is sent only when you request it yourself: you enter your phone number on the TS-Check sign-in page and tap the button that sends the sign-in link.
How often
One message per request, at most three messages per hour.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to the RCS message to receive no more messages. After that you can no longer sign in with a sign-in link. The TS-Check administration of your company or our support can turn sign-in by link back on.
You cannot reply to an SMS. Stop requesting sign-in links and contact it@ts-learning.com or the TS-Check administration of your company.
